With a 4 and 1 yr old this has been a fantastic set up and location for a great family holiday. Lovely pool, really nice play garden (loved using the pizza oven) and so many child friendly elements. Lots to do in the surrounding area too !

We had a lovely 2wk holiday at Les Vallaies. We were able to completely relax and enjoy ourselves. The pool area has been fantastic for our four boys, there hasn't been a day when we havn't been in it. The games room has also been a big hit amongst us all and the table tennis skills have definitely improved. We've very much enjoyed the activities. The boys loved the picnic and pottery painting and we thoroughly enjoyed the vineyard tour and taste du terroir. We were definitely tipsy by the end and the walk home through corn fields proved to be funny and exciting. We've had a few fun outings including boating at St Savinien, canoeing in Cognac, multiple local markets, visiting the winery in Siecq and Futuroscope, all of which were good fun. Thank you for encouraging us to have the pizza night and supplying the wine and the wood. All the families here had a really fun time and made some delicious pizzas. The kids enjoyed playing in the playground and eating all the pizza whilst all us grownups had a good old chin wag, ate pizza and drunk wine. Lucky us ! All in all an excellent holiday well helped by Wendy and Chris. Thank you. Oh and thank you for the running route ! How lucky to be able to jog amongst corn and sunflower fields in the morning. Oh and thank you for always being so quick in replying to queries. From the initial enquiries at booking the holiday to all through the holiday, we've been very grateful. Plus replacing the table tennis balls which were much better and fixing the shower head. All things sorted incredibly quickly.

This was our first time staying at Les Vallaies and we had a fantastic time. The standalone villa was ideal for us - rustic but comfortable with a spacious living/kitchen area, its own garden and outdoor seating area plus easy access to the communal play garden and pool. 

Both the villa and play garden were overflowing with equipment and toys - including sandpit, trampoline, swings etc. - so our children (5 and 2) spent hours playing happily. The pool was a good size and we used it most days. They also loved meeting others around the same age and playing with them outside. Our group al fresco pizza making evening was such good fun. Lots to see (beaches, zoos, castles, aquarium etc.) within around an hour/hour fifteen and some more local places to visit for a quick trip too. We intend to return!

Wij hadden een heerlijke vakantie! Mooi verblijf, heel vriendelijke eigenaars. Veel t zien in de omgeving. (Saintes, Marais Poitevin, Cognac, la Rochelle, St.-Jean D'Angely, de Atlantische kust,...) Veel mogelijkheden tot activiteiten (ezelwandeling, zwemmen in meer, vissen,...) Alles op ca 20 min tot 1u rijden. Grootwarenhuizen op 10 min. rijden.

Accommodatie zeer goed uitgerust voor kleine kinderen, maar wij genoten evenzeer met onze 3 tieners. Wij kunnen dit aanbevelen!
